Customer-path review
Look at contact, booking, follow-up, review, and handoff moments to find a concrete weak spot worth fixing.
SHAWNP.AI · OPERATOR CONSULTING
I help owners find the customer moments that cost them time and revenue—then build practical AI systems that fit the way their business actually works.
For 35 years, I have built and operated businesses across sales, operations, purchasing, retail, technology, hosting, and enterprise work. My first business was building PCs for fellow University of Texas students in the early 1990s. Today, I am the CEO of OMEGABYTE. That background makes room for the real constraints behind any tool: people, process, margins, customer expectations, and execution.
There is no preset transformation package. We start with one part of the customer or operating path that needs to work better. If the right answer is a simple process, we say so. If the right answer is a system, we build a bounded one that your team can actually use.
Look at contact, booking, follow-up, review, and handoff moments to find a concrete weak spot worth fixing.
Design the right front-office workflow: capture, response, appointment flow, follow-through, and a clear human handoff.
When the standard foundation is not enough, scope a specific internal tool, operating environment, or customer-facing assistant around the job it must do.
The tools change quickly. The operational questions do not. This method keeps the first decision close to the work, visible to the people responsible for it, and small enough to learn from before expanding.
Follow the work and name the part of the system causing the outcome.
Fix the piece that moves the constraint without creating another opaque layer.
Keep what works, learn from what does not, then decide what deserves the next investment.
A good consulting conversation should leave the situation clearer: what is happening, where it is breaking, what a useful next move looks like, and what should not be built yet.
This is for owners and operators who want a grounded conversation about AI, sales workflow, customer experience, or the operating system underneath the work—not a generic pitch.
Bring the AI question, the customer problem, the operations issue, or the idea you are trying to make real. I will come prepared to listen and help you decide what the right next move looks like.
